In your home (we come to you with our exercise equipment).
In our private home gym studio located in the Surrey Newton Area (easy parking)

You pay no out of pocket user fees, and now you just focus on getting better we will take care of the rest.
Your kinesiologist will help guide you through your personalized exercise program during your follow-up kinesiology session with 1-2 sessions per week.
During your initial visit your kinesiologist will assess your condition, injury and/or level of fitness to design a specific program tailored to your needs.
