Personal Training / Kinesiology

Our personal training, kinesiology services, active rehab, pool therapy/aqua therapy/hydro therapy are provided by a registered kinesiologist.

Our personal trainers/kinesiologist work with a variety of populations:

Pre-surgery
- Client's going into surgery who want to strengthen their muscles and improve muscular endurance and cardiovascular system, so they may recover faster post-surgery. Our kinesiologist can advise on what exercises to do and correct exercise form.

Post-surgery
- Client's who have had surgery, and are looking for supervision to improve their functional abilities, muscle strength, muscle endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Working with our kinesiologist can help reduce downtime and risk of prolonging recovery time due to aggravation of the surgery procedure or re-injury.

Beginners
- Anyone starting their fitness journey with no prior experience in the gym who wants to learn about correct exercise form or postures, or simply someone who wants to get comfortable being in a gym, and/or having a exercise plan to follow. Get our kinesiologist to design a program a suitable for you.
- Client's who want to lose weight, improve muscle tone, lose fat, improving general body fitness and conditioning.
- Client's looking to do hydrotherapy/aqua therapy/pool therapy for fitness or injury rehab purposes.

Recreational Youth Athletes or Adult Athletes
- looking to rehab sport(s) injuries.
- looking for postural assessment
- improving form and posture for exercise(s) or simply looking for supervision
- parents looking to get supervision for their kids weight training to prevent weightlifting injuries.
